'Meredith Vieira Show' Taps Rich Sirop

Pair previously worked together on 'Who Wants to Be A Millionaire"

Rich Sirop has joined “The Meredith Vieira Show” as exec producer, reuniting the pair who  previously worked together on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.”

Vieira’s topical syndie talker from NBCUnivesal Domestic TV Distribution set to bow in the fall.

Sirop served as exec producer of the syndicated “Millioniare,” which Vieira hosted, from 2010-2013. The show is cleared to launch on stations covering more than 90% of U.S. TV households.

“Meredith connects with an audience like no other.  What you see is what you get — a real person who is honest, smart, transparent and caring,” said Sirop.  “This new show is the perfect platform to showcase all of these attributes.”
