No, The oldest member is actually Aemon Targaryen

  2. janet mcbeath says:

I believe that, apart from very young teenagers, Justin Bieber is considered a dead loss as a human being.

  3. Chelsea says:

    RIP JJ Murphy. :(

  4. Thronetender says:

Avid fans of Game of Thrones will know and appreciate the “now his watch is ended” quote. It is what is said by the living Night’s Watch at the funerals of their departed brethren, and is a most appropriate remark, considering that Mr. Murphy was portraying a respected elder of the Night’s Watch. Sorry to hear about this, yet what a way to go: in the saddle doing what you love in a well-respected venue.

“And now his watch is ended” wtf

  6. trebla72 says:

Not sure if the “oldest member of the Night’s Watch” is correct. In the show as in the books, Maester Aemon Targaryen is around 100 years old.

    • BLUFOXGAMING says:

i think they meant oldest actor not oldest character but im not sure

      • anirishnirvana says:

Nope. Aemon’s actor is 91. It may be either an error, or that Maester Aemon is technically in service to Castle Black and not the Watch (so if the Wildlings won he theoretically could still be Maester?). I doubt the latter though.

    • A man is dead and this is all you have to say?
      RIP J.J. Murphy.

It’s just a quote in this article. I’m pretty sure many more words were shared. Some of you people need to figure out that articles often do not report every single thing ever said….
