Olympic snowboarder and “Dancing with the Stars” finalist Amy Purdy will be joining Oprah Winfrey’s eight-city arena tour.

The “Oprah’s The Life You Want Weekend,” tour, powered by WME Live, will have Purdy join Oprah on stage for Toyota’s “Standing O-Vation,” which will recognize extraordinary people in communities around the country.

Purdy, a Team Toyota athlete and brand ambassador, represents the power of inner strength and is a role model for those who have faced challenges in their lives.

After losing her legs at age 19 as a result of Meningitis, Purdy has become one of the top adaptive snowboarders in the U.S., she was the Snowboardcross Bronze Medalist in Sochi 2014 Paralympic Games and was a finalist on last season’s “Dancing with the Stars.”

Toyota’s “Standing O-Vation” is an opportunity to celebrate remarkable women who are not only making the world a better place, but also motivating others to spark their own journey of personal change.
