Liev Schreiber’s titular Hollywood fixer has some more trouble on his plate: Brian Geraghty has been cast in Showtimes’s “Ray Donovan” as Jim Halloran, a Los Angeles detective who gets involved with the Donovan family.
Geraghty, whose credits include “Boardwalk Empire” and “The Hurt Locker,” joins a season two cast that includes new members Hank Azaria, who plays the head of the L.A. division of the FBI, and Ann-Margret, who plays a former star who has some history with Elliott Gould’s troubled widower Ezra Goldman. “The Wire” alum Wendell Pierce will guest star as a parole officer.
Geraghty is repped by UTA and Management 360.
“Ray Donovan’s” 12-episode second season will premiere this summer. The skein is produced by the Mark Gordon Co.
