Moving past the PG world of selfie photos with stars, Andy Cohen and Warner Horizon Television are looking to find out what it’s like to bed a famous person and are developing the reality show “I Slept With a Celebrity.”

The project, which is currently being shopped to networks, seeks to “deliver the juiciest gossip from people who say they got to experience the glitz and glamour of Hollywood — and then a whole lot more …” Each weekly episode will center around two guests willing to spill the details about their walks of shame, sharing everything from where they met, where they went and what they wore (or didn’t).

Exec-turned-TV personality Cohen, who hosts Bravo’s “Watch What Happens: Live” and is an exec producer of the cabler’s “The Real Housewives” franchise, will also exec produce this project. WHTV’s development projects also include partnering with Alloy Entertainment on “Heiresses,” a scripted series for Bravo about elite Manhattanites based on the novel by “Pretty Little Liars” scribe Sara Shepard.

  1. I produced this exact same show on VH1 years ago. It was called “A Night With…” While it was supposed to be all about sex, it turned into something even better. Real people sharing amazing stories about the day/night they spent with a rock star and how it fundamentally changed their lives forever (in a good way). It was a good mix of dirt and inspiration.

  2. Greg Marotta says:

This guy is a fiend. A master at stereotyping. Wonder how he’d like to be stereotyped………

  3. charcramer says:

I was an Andy fan but…this is a new low. Even for him. I guess society has to hit rock bottom before it can change. I thought we were almost there with the Kardashians…but this is it.

  4. Are you kidding me? Just when you thought reality tv couldn’t get anymore tasteless and depraved, here Andy Cohen is to plunge even lower into the gutter, and to encourage the worst in fame-seekers and wannabes. The concept sounds trashy and disgusting, and the sad thing is that there will be some misguided and silly souls who will go for it, both as guests, and as viewers.

  5. katie Ann says:

All his shows are trash TV.

  6. Fre says:

    Really??
Has this guy not done enough to Dumb Down tv?
Now, going to have some people who ‘claim’ to have had Sex with a “famous person” talk about it on tv??

Really swirling the bowl now aren’t we?
    Disgusting.
