Dan Romanelli, the founder of the Warner Bros. Worldwide Consumer Products division, has listed his Malibu mansion for nearly $25 million.
The French-inspired home sits on six acres, perched above Zuma Beach. The 10,270-sq.-ft. estate has five bedrooms and 12 baths. It features an 800-bottle wine cellar; home theater with bar; and a complete 1960s-era, authentic two-lane bowling alley.
On the grounds are stables, a saltwater pool and a Bocce ball court. The home was completed in 2006, and designed by architect Steve Giannetti. The master suite includes an antique stone fireplace, private outdoor patio, walk-in closets and a custom safe room.
