Larry David’s Pacific Palisades Estate Sold for Over $12 Million

Larry David (“Curb Your Enthusiasm”) has sold his Pacific Palisades manse for more than $12 million.

The 11,272-sq.-ft. country English compound has seven bedrooms and 10 baths, with a master bedroom that includes a deck overlooking the ocean, a grassy backyard and pool. The property features a large guest house, multiple fireplaces, living room, family room and dining room.

Built in 1950, on a lot covering almost 40,000 square feet, the estate is filled with wooden beams and stone and is surrounded by trees.

Asking price was just shy of $13 million; it sold to an undisclosed buyer.
