A missing persons report for radio personality Casey Kasem, who is suffering from Lewy Body disease, is expected to be filed by his daughter Wednesday, according to publicist Danny Deraney.

His daughter Kerri Kasem alleges that her stepmother, his wife Jean Kasem, recently moved him to an undisclosed location. Kerri Kasem was awarded conservatorship by a judge on Monday.

She says she last saw him on May 6 through an attorney. The 82-year old can no longer speak and has been embroiled in a battle among his family members. His daughter believes that the “American Top 40″ co-creator has been taken to an Indian reservation in Washington state.

“Adult Protective Services, the courts and family are currently looking for Mr. Kasem,” said Deraney’s statement. “As soon as the paperwork for the conservatorship is done, Kerri Kasem will file a missing persons report, which should be done by tomorrow morning. Thereby allowing the FBI and local law enforcement to get involved. As soon as the family has any additional information, we will alert the media as soon as possible.”

The popular dj also did voicework for cartoons including Shaggy on “Scooby-Doo.”
