When it comes to late-night TV, Kanye West likes to show up in a big way. From his performance of “Bound 2” on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” to his visually arresting “SNL” performance last year, the 36 year-old has a knack for delivering big, powerful moments on the talk show circuit and Tuesday night was no exception.
Seth Meyers’ second episode of “Late Night” featured a 10-minute interview with West, who discussed his recent “Yeezus” tour, fashion, the “College Dropout” album and fatherhood, among other things.
“It would be great if you owned a fashion company and could support me,” Kanye joked, to which Meyers replied, “I’m pretty happy, I just got a talk show.”
Later, the rapper performed a career-spanning medley featuring “Jesus Walks”, “Touch the Sky”, “Stronger”, “Heartless”, “All of the Lights”, “Mercy”, and “Black Skinhead.”
