'X-Men's' Omar Sy Joins 'Jurassic World'

Omar Sy (“The Intouchables,” “X-Men: Days of Future Past”) is joining Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins and Nick Robinson in “Jurassic World.”

Sy disclosed his casting in a Twitter post.

Colin Trevorrow (“Safety Not Guaranteed”) will direct from the script he co-wrote with Derek Connolly.  Plot details are being kept under wraps.

Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley will produce “Jurassic World,” which is set to begin filming shortly.

Universal has set a June 12, 2015 release date.
