Watch: New ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’ Red Band Trailer

The new red band trailer for “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For,” which was unveiled this weekend at Comic-Con, has hit the web.

“This rotten town, it soils everybody,” says the new trailer for the sleek adaptation of the classic graphic novels.

Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller are once again co-directors for the project, which weaves together two of Miller’s stories about the town’s most hard-boiled citizens crossing paths with some of its most reviled inhabitants.

The star-studded cast includes Eva Green, Jessica Alba, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke, Josh Brolin, Jamie Chung, Ray Liotta, Rosario Dawson, Powers Booth, Lady Gaga and many more.

“Sin City: A Dame to Kill For” opens August 22.

I’ve watched it 50 times back to back already. I mean, I’m speechless. I couldn’t possibly imagine that there would ever be a sequel that would manage to surpass the first film on a visual and aesthetic level. As for the screenplay, the performances, the direction, I mean what can I say? This is cinema of the highest order. And just give someone Eva Green an Oscar!
