Tedd Cittadine Promoted Fox's Digital Home

Tedd Cittadine has been promoted to senior VP of digital distribution at Fox, a post in which he will oversee the studio’s digital distribution business for movies and television shows in North America for Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

Cittadine, who had previously served as VP, digital distribution, TCFHE, reports to Keith Feldman, president of worldwide distribution.

In his new role, Cittadine will manage Fox’s digital clients that offer the studio’s movies and TV shows on cable, satellite and Internet-based Digital HD and VOD platforms in the U.S. and Canada.

Cittadine’s promotion comes as Fox is committing more resources to growing its home entertainment business through e-commerce and digital distribution platforms.

“Tedd has been instrumental in establishing our digital businesses in the North American marketplace, and his proven results and consummate experience will be valuable in the continued evolution and pursuit of our digital strategy,” Feldman said. “As we come closer to bridging the gap between physical and digital content, Tedd is well positioned to continue to support our company’s key digital initiatives and drive our business forward.”

Cittadine joined Fox in 2006. Since then he’s brokered long-term partnerships with Apple, Comcast, Google, Amazon, Microsoft Xbox, Walmart’s Vudu, AT&T U-verse, Blackberry, Nook and Verizon Fios.
