I saw the film and it definately explains why I’m having trouble losing weight. It has changed my mind on how I will shop and eat in the future. BTW the Graphics in this film are awesome and really demonstrate what is happening to our bodies in a very understandable manner. My hat goes off to the producers for the outstanding graphics in the movie. They add an additional dimension to this very good movie.
