“Gangster Squad” helmer Ruben Fleischer could be moving into the family arena and is in negotiations to direct Disney’s “Overnight,” set inside a toy store.

The project is being compared to “Home Alone,” with a father and son winning the chance to spend the night inside the new FAO type store but find their sleepover interrupted when thieves break in.

Neal Moritz, who originally set up “Overnight” at Sony, is producing the film that was written by Oren Uziel (“22 Jump Street”).

Fleischer, whose credits also include “Zombieland” and “30 Minutes or Less,” is repped by UTA.
