‘Pitch Perfect’ Producers Heating Up Sci-Fier ‘Snowfall’ (EXCLUSIVE)


Gold Circle Films has come on board science-fiction horror vehicle “Snowfall,” joining producers Benderspink and Evan Astrowsky.

Clark Baker is directing from a script by Brooks Elms and Glenn Sanders. Film centers on a a group of Chicago residents trapped on the El during the blizzard of the century who eventually discover the storm is a cover for an alien invasion.

Guy Danella will oversee “Snowfall” for Gold Circle. The project already has a presentation reel:

Gold Circle produced “Pitch Perfect” and is prepping the sequel for Universal.

Benderspink recently produced “We’re the Millers,” “Ride Along” and “Zombeavers.”

Elms and Sanders are represented by UTA and managed by One Entertainment.

Baker directed the short film “Vessel,” which Paramount Insurge acquired last year and set up as a feature project. He is repped by UTA and managed by Mindframe Films & Management.
