Following her strongly reviewed perf as Kevin Garvey’s daughter in HBO’s “The Leftovers,” Margaret Qualley looks to have landed her first major studio role.

The actress is in talks to join Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe in Warner Bros. and Silver Pictures’ “The Nice Guys.”

Shane Black is directing the crime drama with Joel Silver producing. Ken Kao of Waypoint Entertainment, Hal Sadoff, and Michael Malone will executive produce.

“Nice Guys” takes place in 1970s Los Angeles, when down-on-his-luck private eye Holland March (Gosling) and hired leg-breaker Jackson Healy (Crowe) must work together to solve the case of a missing girl and the seemingly unrelated death of a porn star. During their investigation, they uncover a shocking conspiracy that reaches up to the highest circles of power.

The pic is scheduled to arrive June 17, 2016.

Besides “The Leftovers,” Qualley has also been seen in the James Franco pic “Palo Alto.” She is repped by UTA, Management 360 and attorney Harris Hartman.
