Relativity Studios is teaming with “Horrible Bosses” writers Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley on prison comedy “All Day and a Night.”

Relativity will finance, produce and distribute “All Day,” which follows a TV news crew doing a story on a day in the life of two prison guards — on a day when a riot breaks out.

Goldstein and Daley will produce the film. The script was written by Paul Ruehl and the late Lester Lewis and is based on an idea from Goldstein and Daley.

Brett Dahl is overseeing for Relativity.

Goldstein and Daley are preparing to direct their script for a “Vacation” reboot for New Line. The duo also wrote the scripts for “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone” and for “Horrible Bosses 2,”  which will be released in November.

They are represented by UTA and Hansen Jacobson.
