Fox Moves ‘Longest Ride,’ Avoids Valentine’s Day Battle With ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’

Fox Moves 'Longest Ride,' Avoids Valentine's

'Poltergeist' is moved into its place

In order to avoid a Valentine’s Day weekend showdown with “Fifty Shades of Grey,” Fox has moved the Nicholas Sparks’ drama “The Longest Ride” off the Feb. 13 slot and replaced it with the reboot of “Poltergeist.”

“Poltergeist” is a co-production with MGM and stars Sam Rockwell and Rosemarie DeWitt.

“The Longest Ride” will now open on April 3, 2015. With both films aiming at the same demographic and “Fifty Shades of Grey” having a much larger fanbase, the move makes sense for Fox to swap with “Poltergeist” which will play as good counterprograming.

Fox has also set the release date for “Planet of the Apes 3” to July 29, 2016.

So how much do we spend in America to help us become more attractive to those we want to be attracted to? Last year American spent over a billion and a half dollars on teeth whiteners, over 4 billion dollars on perfume, over eight billion on cosmetics, and best guess is we each spent about fifteen hundred dollars on designer clothing if we were single and “looking”.

But where is the science that says any of that helps us be more attractive? The scientific answer on how best to influence attraction points to less visible tools than clothing or makeup.

Seems the most effective way to catch the attention of someone you just came in contact with is NVE and the NVeffect. Reports show NVE stands alone as the best way to get the ball rolling. It won’t be the fancy car keys you are waving around or the gold I phone, it will be your NVE that will open the door to more romance. The fact of the matter is all the stuff we do before we go out may be removing all the natural attraction elements we each have going for us.

Enter the NVeffect, complete stealth attraction that is growing so fast as the best new dating product, it is hard to find the real ones. Best to go to their web site:

If you seen one Nicholas Sparks film, you’ve seen them all. *yawns*. Good to have something more exciting on Valentine’s Day than a boring Sparks film.
