Arclight Ready to ‘Tell’ All in Heist Thriller

Pitched to Berlin buyers as a cross between high action and clever drama, pic gets market bow

Crime thriller “Tell” starring Milo Ventimiglia, gets its market launch this week from Arclight Films.

After carefully pulling off a $1 million heist, a small-time criminal sees mounting problems with his ex-wife, former partner and parole officers all ranged up against him. The film is pitched as a cross between clever dialogue drama and a high-actioner.

Cast of “Tell” also includes Katee Sackhoff, Jason Lee, Alan Tudyk, Robert Patrick, John Michael Huggins and Oscar Nunez.

The picture is directed by J.M.R. Luna and is now in post-production, headed for a summer release.

Production is by Kevin Mann, Matt Perniciaro and Christopher Boyd of Haven Ent. and Ventimiglia and Russ Cundiff of DiVide Pictures. Mauricio Betancur, Rick Matros and George Voskericyan are executive producers.

Arclight and its other labels are also selling “Outcast,” starring Nicolas Cage (now in post); “Special, ID,” starring Donnie Yen; and “The Assassins” with Chow Yun Fat.
