Manifest Film Sales, a division of Intandem Media Group, has added “Top Dog,” “Reign of the General” and “Red Billabong” to its slate.

“Top Dog,” directed by British multi-hyphenate Martin Kemp (“The Krays”), starring Leo Gregory (“Green Street Hooligans”) and Ricci Harnett (“28 Days Later”), is in post. Universal Pictures has U.K. rights and will release in June.

“Reign of the General,” with filming to start at the beginning of March, is written and directed by Harnett, who also stars. It’s the story of underworld boss Carlton Leach.

“Red Billabong,” set in the Australian Outback, starring Josh Helman (“Animal Kingdom”) and Lincoln Lewis (“Tomorrow When the War Began”), is skedded for a five-week shoot on the Gold Coast, Queensland, in late March.

Pic will feature the Bunyip, a creature of legend that is said to hunt in the Australian Outback, created with vfx house Cutting Edge.
