Real Estalker Rumors: Courteney Cox, David Arquette and Sean Parker

Dirt placeholder

Still-friendly exes Courteney Cox and David Arquette have finally found a buyer for their painstakingly updated A. Quincy Jones-designed house in the Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills. This property-gossip heard the low-slung spread was being shopped off market for $20 million back in 2011, and we recently heard from Peter Propertyseller that the 3 bedroom, 6 bath mid-century stunner is in escrow for about $18 million. We heard (but can’t confirm) the buyer is prolifically successful songwriter/music-producer/remixer Dr. Luke, a four-time Grammy nominee who — several inside sources have snitched to Your Mama — paid $7.925 million in April 2012 for Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne’s former Malibu beach house.

Sean Parker in the market for an estate

Billionaire Napster founder and former Facebook president Sean Parker is having a serious sniff around a super-luxe, nearly three acre, compound-like estate in Brentwood owned by a billionaire financier (and hardcore real estate baller) who’s shopping the posh property on the QT with a $30-ish million pricetag.

I’m sorry Momma but I find this new web site very confusing and not very personable… I keep getting directed to some different story that is not related to your topics and It just doesn’t have much personality. Takes a ton of back clicks to get out of the maze. Feels sorta a sell out. I’m bummed. Been following you since day one. I hope you are making $$ for this but not sure how long the following will go on. It was such great site. I’ll try to stick it out but damn… wish it still had more of “you” in it. Fingers crossed. Sigh.

I completely u agree. I wish Mama had sold out to a better rag than Variety. I quit reading after her vacation and every attempt to get back into it has been uninspired, at best.

Chris, I feel you pain; in my best Catholic school upbringing, I’m trying my best to look on it as a character-building challenge.

Right now I figure I’m somewhere between beatification and canonization…

As for the house? I’d give my left nut for that circular swimming pool.

You know you’ve read a good deal of Realestalker when it’s immediately clear he’s speaking of Howard Marks’ place at 21 Oakmont Drive when he references a real estate baller/financier.

  4. Brad Hallston says:

Markedly different writing style than on The Real Estalker. Nice

  5. Sandpiper says:

    A. Quincy Jones’ work is consistently beyond gorgeous. The man has taste. Case in point.

Pics of this one are out there and worth seeing. If so inclined, just plug into google: quincy jones, courteney cox, trousdale.
