Meryl Streep Sells to Alex Rodriguez

As first revealed in “Page Six” of “The Post,” beleaguered (and suspended) major leaguer Alex Rodriguez coughed up $4.8 for a contemporary residence above L.A.’s Sunset Strip sold by the ever-so deliciously faux-humble Meryl Streep. The Yankee also owns a Miami Beach (FL) condo he bought for $2.1 million after he sold a modern mansion in Miami Beach for $30 million. (Listing photos: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices)

Justin Bieber Moves

Famous ill-behaved pop-star Justin Bieber has decamped the Beverly Hills condo complex where his well-heeled neighbors were 12 kinds of angry and annoyed as his vociferous party host shenanigans. He’s holed up, so we heard from the long-legged blond at “Trulia Luxe Listings,” in an all-glass, ten bedroom and 18 bathroom party pad in the Hollyood Hills last listed as a furnished lease at $29,500 per month and for sale at $11.9 million. The 16,000-square-foot hillside behemoth is complete with a full gym, home theater with 160-inch screen, an 80-foot long rooftop pool and a nightclub. That’s right a damn nightclub. What could be more perfect for the perpetual merry maker? Ugh. Anyways… (Listing photos: Coldwell Banker via Trulia)

Danielle Steel Lists

The ever-intrepid kids at “Curbed” let everyone know that prolific and wildly successful romance novelist Danielle Steel dropped her colorfully decorated beachfront residence in Stinson Beach, CA, on the open market with a $8,995,000 price tag. (Listing photos: McGuire Real Estate)

Micheal Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones List, Too

We heard from the busy property gossip beavers at Zillow that Michael Douglas and the perpetually youthful Catherine Zeta-Jones slapped an $8.1 million price tag on the bucolic, five-ish spread in Westchester County, NY, that they picked up in 2010 for $5,075,000. So the stories go Missus Douglas lived here and rode horses during the reportedly recently reconciled couple’s separation. (Listing photos: Siano & Company via Zillow)
