Activision has offered up the first trailer for this year’s installment of its blockbuster “Call of Duty” videogame franchise, entitled “Advanced Warfare.”

Kevin Spacey stars as the villain in the new game.

The first look at the sequel features an action packed montage of explosive sequences, as well as a speech-giving Spacey in character and rendered in realistic computer-generated animation developed for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 next-generation consoles.

The new game envisions battlegrounds of the future, where both technology and tactic have evolved to usher in a new era of combat for the franchise. Spacey’s character plays the head of a private military contractor that turns on the U.S. government. It’s hard not to watch the footage and think, “Call of Duty: House of Cards.”

“Advanced Warfare” will be released November 4.
