TNT's Craig Sager Diagnosed With Leukemia

TNT sideline reporter Craig Sager, known for his ever-colorful suits, has been diagnosed with leukemia.

His son made the announcement Thursday on Twitter.

Craig Jr.’s tweets also suggested that his dad, who also works for TBS, would miss most if not all of the NBA playoffs, which begin this weekend.

Sager has been working with Turner Sports for over 20 years, covering basketball, baseball, golf and college football.

Prior to TNT, he appeared on CNN and CBS as a reporter.

A representative for Sager could not be reached for comment.

Good luck Craig Sager I always enjoyed your sideline reporting and respected your courage in wearing those suits. That courage and flair will take you a long way in your battle against this horrible disease. You’re in my prayers
