Friends” star Lisa Kudrow has lost a case filed by her ex-manager Scott Howard who claimed he was owed residuals from the blockbuster hit series and other projects.

A Los Angeles Superior Court jury in the civil case awarded Howard $1.6 million.

Kudrow claimed that she was under no obligation to pay him commission after they ended their professional relationship in 2007. Howard sued, contending that he was still entitled to earnings from “Friends” because they’d agreed he would collect commissions from the series.
