Justin Bieber will plead guilty on Wednesday to less severe charges resulting from his arrest in South Florida for driving under the influence and what was described as an illegal drag race, according to the Associated Press.
The 20 year-old pop star will reportedly plead guilty to misdemeanor careless driving and resisting arrest without violence charges, rather than the initial DUI charge. He will not serve any jail time.
Bieber has also agreed to make a $50,000 charitable donation and take an anger management course on top of the court-ordered fines.
He is not expected in court on Wednesday.
