CBS Marketing has promoted Mitch Cardwell to veep of digital content and design.

In his new upped position, Cardwell will continue to create CBS Marketing materials and re-purpose on-air promotional content for CBS’ digital platforms.

“Mitch is a talented, creative executive who has proven to be an invaluable asset as we continue to expand our marketing efforts online, in mobile and on video-on-demand,” said Garen van de Beek, exec VP/creative director of CBS Marketing.

Prior to joining the Eye, Cardwell was a designer for ABC Family and also design firm Pittard Sullivan in Los Angeles.
