Schuster serves as CEO of the venture, which will focus on unscripted global formats for broadcast and cable and is based out of All3Media America’s Los Angeles offices.
Schuster formerly oversaw unscripted development and programming for Ryan Seacrest Prods. and was responsible for series including the recently announced Fox reality show “Dream Date,” VH1’s “Girls in the Game” and Nickelodeon’s “Go Viral” as well as “The Wanted Life” for E! and Esquire “How I Rock It.”
Before working at RSP, Schuster spent four years at Reveille (now Shine America) and developed and executive produced the first four seasons of Bravo’s “Tabatha Takes Over” and exec produced series such as NBC’s “The Biggest Loser” spinoff “Losing It With Jillian” and Lifetime’s “One Born Every Minute.” Her production credits include the first five seasons of NBC’s “The Apprentice,” as well as ABC’s “Here Come the Newlyweds” and Vh1’s “Celebrity Fit Club.”
