Weinstein Company Expands TV Division With

The Weinstein Company has tapped Patrick Reardon as senior vice president of TV. He will report to Meryl Poster, prexy of the TV department, in TWC’s Gotham office.

Reardon, who has over a decade of unscripted experience, will help oversee the studio’s current slate of reality programming along with forthcoming projects.

An Original Media alum, Reardon served as veep of development and current series at the shingle, helping launch reality skeins including “Inkmaster,” “Comic Book Men” and “Mudcats.” He has also exec produced “The Rachel Zoe Project,” “NY Ink” and “Storm Chasers,” and served as showrunner on MTV’s frosh series “Washington Heights.”

“I am truly thrilled to have Patrick on board with the incredible team I’ve been slowly gathering at TWC for the past two and a half years,” said Poster. “He will be an integral part of this group and help to make it as stellar as the one I led at Miramax so many years ago.”
