TBS comedy marks third pickup this week for sitcom vet's Warner Bros.-based banner

The Turner cablers are crashing the Big Four’s pilot pickup party with orders for two shows at TBS and a TNT reality series.

Sitcom vets Bill Lawrence and Greg Malins are shepherding “Ground Floor” for TBS and Warner Horizon TV, which has a 10-episode order. Series revolves around a romance between a white-collar banker and a blue-collar woman who works in maintenance in his building. Series stars Skylar Astin, Briga Heelan and John C. McGinley.

Pickup marks series No. 3 this week (and No. 2 for today) for Lawrence’s Warner Bros. TV-based Doozer Prods. banner, following NBC’s “Undateable” (ordered this morning) and Fox’s “Surviving Jack,” which got the nod on Wednesday.

TBS also gave the greenlight to a Cee Lo Green docu-series dubbed “The CeeLo Life,” which follows the hip-hop star and “Voice” judge as he reunites his Goodie Mob outfit. Green exec produces with Larry Mestel, Andrew Jameson and Eli Frankel.

At TNT, “Inside Job” is a competish series that challenges for candidates for a six-figure exec post to live together while they vie for the position. TNT has ordered six segs, to be exec produced by Stephen Lambert and Eli Holzman for their All3Media America/Studio Lambert banner.

The Turner nets hold their upfront gathering on Wednesday in Gotham.
