America’s fascination with Honey Boo Boo has carried over into the new year, with TLC’s special episode on Sunday hitting series highs.“Here Comes Honey Boo Boo: A Very Boo Halloween” averaged a 1.3 rating/3 share in adults 18-49 and 3.08 million viewers, according to Nielsen, a larger audience than any of the show’s first-season episodes. The spec also established a new series high for the show in women 18-49 (1.06 million) and women 25-54 (992,000), with TLC standing as basic cable’s No. 2 program in those demos during the 9 o’clock hour. “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” returns Sunday to TLC with the premiere of its Thanksgiving special.
