Lindsay Lohan interview to air August 18

Oprah Winfrey’s cabler OWN has lined up a docuseries featuring football and baseball vet Deion Sanders, it was announced today.

Dubbed “It’s Prime’s Time,” show will explore Sanders’ life as he balances raising five kids while guiding Prime Prep Academy, the charter school he created.

“It’s Prime’s Time” is produced by Edmonds Entertainment, Prime Time Media Ventures and Rogue Atlas Prods. in association with Lionsgate. Eli Frankel and Sanders are exec producing alongside Sanders’ girlfriend Tracey E. Edmonds, who is also featured on the show.

OWN has also announced its slate of celeb interviews for Sunday night’s “Oprah’s Next Chapter.” Specials include sit-downs with Hugh Jackman (July 28), Lindsay Lohan (August 18) and Tina Turner (August 25).

The Discovery Networks-owned cable net will return Tyler Perry comedy “For Better or Worse” on Sept. 18. Docuseries “Six Little McGhees” rejoins OWN’s lineup on Sept. 7, and “Oprah’s Lifeclass” will roll out new episodes beginning Sept. 8. Finally, “Super Soul Sunday” will premiere new segs on Sept. 22.
