Adam Shankman and Jennifer Gibgot’s Offspring Entertainment have inked a two-year first look deal with Warner Horizon TV that calls for the duo to develop projects for cable.
Shankman and Gibgot will exec produce any projects they develop with Warner Horizon, and Shankman will have the option to helm the projects as well. The producing partners have recently worked on such feature projects as “Rock of Ages,” the “Step Up” franchise and “Hairspray.” Offspring had a TV deal some years ago with 20th Century Fox TV, but had not recently been aligned with a studio for television projects. Duo is repped by UTA and Bloom Hergott.
