TLC’s “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” is moving from Wednesday to Thursday nights for the third season that starts January 16, along with its fellow redneck realism series “Trailer Park: Welcome to Myrtle Manor.”
“Honey Boo Boo” will air at 9 p.m. Eastern/Pacific, with South Carolina-set “Trailer Park” at 10 p.m. After last season culminated with June and Sugar Bear’s wedding, the new season will feature a family road trip. “Trailer Park,” which hasn’t as yet achieved the same measure of pop culture adoration as “Honey Boo Boo,” will kick off its second season with a new name after the first season was titled simply “Welcome to Myrtle Manor,” possibly with the hopes of taking the series to other trailer parks around the country.
“Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” is produced by Authentic Entertainment for TLC; “Trailer Park: Welcome to Myrtle Manor” is produced by the Weinstein Co. and Jupiter Ent. for TLC.
