Cory Monteith Dead: Hollywood Reacts to

The industry reacted with shock and sadness over the sudden passing of “Glee” star Cory Monteith, who was found dead on Saturday in a Vancouver hotel room.

“Glee” producers were “deeply saddened” in a statement released by Fox while reps for Monteith’s co-star and real life girlfriend Lea Michele asked for privacy “during this devastating time.”

Friends and colleagues of Monteith took to Twitter to express their heartfelt condolences.

Ellen DeGeneres“My heart breaks for the friends and family of Cory Monteith. What a loss.”

Neil Patrick Harris: “How sad to read about Cory Monteith passing away. What a shame. He was a lovely, kind, talented guy and will be missed.”
