‘Graceland’ Renewed by USA for Second Season

Graceland USA Renewal

Program emerged as one of the top frosh cable dramas of the season

USA has renewedGraceland” for a second season, ordering 13 episodes of the hourlong drama for 2014.

Series, which is inspired by true events and centers on a SoCal safehouse for undercover agents, averaged 4.3 million viewers during its frosh run on the NBCU cabler. “Graceland” debuted on USA in June, and has seen marked viewership lift with its L+7 numbers.

The Jeff Eastin-created drama — starring Daniel Sunjata, Aaron Tveit and Vanessa Ferlito — will close out its first season on Thursday.

“Jeff has once again delivered for USA Network,” said USA prez Chris McCumber. “‘Graceland’s’ brilliant serialized storytelling mixed with striking cinematography and a captivating ensemble cast has clearly resonated with a wide audience. We’re proud to be the home to one of the summer’s top new cable dramas and anticipate ‘Graceland’ will be a long-term player for the network.”

“Graceland” is produced by Fox TV Studios.
