Project to be produced by the same shingle behind DirecTV's other original drama 'Rogue'
Skein, described as a “modern day ‘La Ronde’ meets ‘My Dinner with Andre,'” examines the human condition and relationships through a series of conversation between 11 people whose lives, unbeknownst to them, are intertwined.
LaBute created “Full Circle” and will serve as scribe and co-exec producer. Nick Hamm, who produced DirecTV Audience’s first original drama “Rogue,” will exec produce “Full Circle.” Chris Weil will helm.
“We are thrilled that our quest to provide our customers with exclusive, original and daring programming led Audience to ‘Full Circle’ and Neil LaBute,” said Chris Long, senior vice president of entertainment and production at DirecTV. “In dissecting how closely connected we all are, ‘Full Circle’ will take viewers on a journey that will traverse the full range of human emotion. I know the series will flourish under the stewardship of Neil and Nick Hamm.”
“Full Circle” will lens this summer in Los Angeles.
