Talkshow host returns to latenight for Sept. 9 debut

Arsenio Hall will return to latenight in almost all households this fall, according to CBS TV Distribution.

Talker has been sold to 95% of the country as it prepares for its Sept. 9 launch in mostly 10 and 11 p.m. timeslots.

“The Arsenio Hall Show” is anchored by the Tribune Broadcasting station group, in addition to stations from CBS TV, Sinclair Broadcasting, LIN TV Stations and Media General, among others.

Hall originally hosted “The Arsenio Hall Show” from 1989-94, with Paramount Domestic TV as producer. Paramount Domestic TV has since transitioned to CTD, which produces this latest iteration. Hall and John Ferriter are exec producers.

“Arsenio Hall” will have its presence felt at the upcoming NATPE confab in Miami Beach later this month. Other talkshows set for a fall debut include skeins from Queen Latifah and Bethenny Frankel, but those are both skedded for daytime hours.
