Off Broadway finds Juliet

Elizabeth Olsen to star in production

Elizabeth Olsen will star as one of the titular young lovers in a new production of “Romeo and Juliet” at Off Broadway’s Classic Stage Company.

Full details of the show, including creative team and other casting, have not yet been announced.

Show will kick off CSC’s 2013-14 season.

Olsen has previously had understudy stints in a couple of legit projects including short-lived Broadway play “Impressionism” in 2009. She’s far better known for film work in pics such as “Martha Marcy May Marlene.”

“Romeo and Juliet” reps the latest addition to CSC’s recent track record of using star casting to attract attention to the potentially stodgy prospect of a classical revival.
