Cast members Anders Holm, Adam DeVine and Blake Anderson (pictured above) — members of the Mail Order Comedy troupe — will star with Holm writing the script. Series co-creator Kyle Newachack will direct.
Producers are Rudin and Eli Bush; Rogen through his Point Grey banner with Evan Goldberg and James Weaver; Isaac Horne, who manages Mail Order Comedy; and the actors and Newachack.
The logline for the project is being kept under wraps. Horne told Variety that the project is not related to “Workaholics.”
“Workaholics” is in its third season with the stars playing college dropouts working at a telemarketing company in Southern California.
Rogen will next be seen in Nick Stoller’s comedy “Neighbors” with Zac Efron, Rose Byrne and Dave Franco. Rudin produced “Inside Llewyn Davis” and “Captain Phillips.”
