Lionsgate has taken North American rights to comedy “The Angriest Man in Brooklyn,” starring Robin Williams and Mila Kunis (seen above while filming last year).

Cargo Entertainment has been selling international territories at the American Film Market.

Film is directed by Phil Alden Robinson and centers on an angry New Yorker (Williams) who discovers he has 90 minutes to live and scrambles through Brooklyn to right his wrongs while the doctor (Kunis) who diagnosed him is trying to track him down before it’s too late.

Melissa Leo, Peter Dinklage and Hamish Linklater co-star.

WME handled the domestic deal.

Landscape Entertainment’s Bob Cooper and Tyler Mitchell produced the film with Daniel J. Walker of Force Majeure. The film was financed by MICA Entertainment and Vedette Finance and shot on location in Brooklyn last fall.

The script was written by Daniel Taplitz.
