Film Movement Acquires Domestic Rights 'Iran

Docu will launch via all platforms in June

Film Movement has acquired domestic rights to helmer Till Schauder’s docu “The Iran Job,” with plans to release the film across all platforms in June.

The Iran Job” follows Kevin Sheppard, an American athlete who is contracted play for a professional basketball league in Iran. Pic is set at around the time of the Green Revolution.

The docu, which started a platform release late last year in New York and L.A., premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival in June.

Along with the theatrical release, Film Movement will debut the pic day-and-date on VOD and iTunes.
