After leaving “Downton Abbey,” Jessica Brown Findlay is going back in time once again, as she is set to join the cast of Fox’s “Frankenstein.”

James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe also star with Paul McGuigan directing. Max Landis penned the script.

Plot details are unknown at this time.

John Davis is producing through his Davis Entertainment banner.

The part marks another big win after several actresses, including Felicity Jones, were considered. Upon departing the BBC drama, Findlay was the choice after months of tests for Akiva Goldsman’s “Winter’s Tale.” Prior to landing the part in “Frankenstein,” she was also in consideration for the female lead in the next installment of “Pirates of the Caribbean.”

She is repped by WME, Troika, and Management 360.
