Dimension Sets Up 'Ink And Bone'

Olkewicz sells spec about horror writer

Dimension Films has snapped up Zak Olkewicz’ horror-thriller spec script “Ink and Bone” in a preemptive purchase.

Story centers on an editor who is dispatched to help a reclusive horror writer finish his latest book and discovers that he’s being held prisoner in his house by everything he’s ever written.

Dimension topper Bob Weinstein called it an “upscale thriller,” saying, “It reminds me of Stephen King’s work.”

Matthew Signer and Keith Levine will oversee production for Dimension.

Olkewicz is developing another spec, “Marked,” at Chernin Entertainment. He is repped by WME and Prolific Entertainment.

The deal was negotiated for Dimension by Adrian Lopez and Matthew Signer and by WME on behalf of Olkewicz.
