U.S. on the ‘Job’

Cinedigm nabs N. American rights to Harper's crimer

Cinedigm has picked up North American rights to Frank Harper’s crime thriller “Berlin Job” for digital platforms, DVD and VOD.

Arclight Films is handling international sales at Berlin for the movie, which was released in the U.K. as “St. George’s Day” through Metrodome.

The Elstree Studios production stars Charles Dance, Craig Fairbrass, Vincent Regan, Neil Maskell, Luke Treadaway, Sean Pertwee, Jamie Foreman and Ashley Walters.

Story centers on London gangster cousins who lose a shipment of the Russian Mafia’s cocaine in rough seas and try to make things right by pulling off a daring diamond heist so they can retire to a “legitimate” way of life.

The deal was secured by Clay Epstein on behalf of Arclight Films and Emily Rothschild on behalf of Cinedigm.
