Watch the Trailer for Gwyneth Paltrow’s AOL On Show ‘Restart Project’

Gwyneth-Paltrow-Tracy-Anderson

For all those who want to be molded in Gwyneth Paltrow’s naturalistic image, have we got a show for now.

The actress-author-healthy living queen and her friend Tracy Anderson, the celebrity trainer who helped get her that way, have unveiled the trailer for “The Restart Project,” their new web series geared toward helping women who have gone through physical or emotional trauma. Fittingly, the show’s focus is on diet and fitness, with much of the trailer spent showing these subjects completing athletic endeavors and healthy eating.

“There are so many women out there that have stories that are incredible examples for other people,” Anderson said in the video. “They’re not focused on getting into their skinny jeans, they’re focused on heeling themselves from the inside out.”

“The Restart Project” debuts December 16 on AOL On and is produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions.

I think this show is a wonderful idea! Now I just need them to come visit me and help pull me out of my own depression. My only child left to live with his father in Australia and I can’t quite seem to pull out of it and be the “old” me who worked out and cared about my health.
