‘Web Therapy,’ ‘Real L Word’ set debut dates

Both Showtime series to begin new seasons in July

Showtime will be back in “Web Therapy” on July 2 while the new season of “The Real L Word” is set debut 10 days later.

Lisa Kudrow stars in “Web Therapy,” the skein that originated on the Internet and began on the pay cabler last year. Kudrow plays a psychotherapist who treats patients in three-minute sessions via webcam.

Show co-stars Lily Tomlin and Victor Garber, and guests for the upcoming season include Meryl Streep, Conan O’Brien and Kudrow’s former “Friends” castmate David Schwimmer.

Exec producers are Kudrow, Dan Bucatinsky, Diane Charles and Ron Qurashi.

“The Real L Word,” a reality spinoff of Showtime’s longrunning lesbian-themed drama series, is exec produced by creator Ilene Chaiken and Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz of Magical Elves.
