Red Bull Media House has inked an exclusive, three-year deal with Outside TV for current and future programming.
Outside TV is geared toward outdoors enthusiasts and thrill-seekers. Partnership includes Red Bull’s original skeins including “Pushing Boundaries,” films and productions with Red Bull-sponsored athletes.
Deal follows Outside TV’s recent teaming with Comcast Xfinity, which is expected to transition the net from its niche residence on resort cable systems to Comcast systems across the U.S. by year’s end. Channel rollout has already begun in key markets including Chicago and Miami.
“The current and future programming development strategy developed between Outside TV and Red Bull Media House will be mutually beneficial in bringing premium sports and lifestyle content to television in an unprecedented approach to storytelling and production,” said Greg Jacobs, topper of distribution for Red Bull Media House North America.
