Producer Jeff Collins' shingle on rise with success of 'Dance Moms'

Reality shingle Collins Avenue has signed with WME.

Production company, led by producer Jeff Collins, has been seen its profile rise with the success of its Lifetime series “Dance Moms.” Skein has spawned multiple spinoffs for the cabler including “Dance Moms: Miami,” “Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition” and “Ice Moms.”

Shingle also produced Animal Planet’s “American Stuffers” and two seasons of TLC’s “Outrageous Kid Parties.” In May, National Geographic Channel bowed Collins Ave’s “American Colony: Meet the Hutterites,” which ranked as the cabler’s second-highest rated summer series.

Collins Avenue will continue to be repped by attorney Bill Abrams of Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson. Company had previously been with APA.
