Incentive, Recreation to field 'Peter Gunn,' other vintage skeins

Media fund Incentive Capital and sales company Recreation have struck a deal for the international distribution of a library containing more than 850 film and TV titles.

The titles will be shopped to buyers at the MipTV market in Cannes.

Vintage TV series in the library include “Peter Gunn,” “Daniel Boone,” “Mr. Lucky” and the animated skein “Speed Racer.” Also included are music docus and concert specials featuring artists ranging from the Black Eyed Peas and Sheryl Crow to the Beatles and Neil Young.

Peter Wetherell, president of Magus Entertainment, assisted in brokering the deal and will be involved in future acquisitions. Recreation founder and prexy Ariel Veneziano will head the marketing and sales efforts for the titles debuting at MipTV.
